Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Veggie spice mix from COOKandGRILL
Vegetables of your choice (e.g. potatoes, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, etc.)
olive oil
Herb:
100g sour cream
100g curd cheese
4 teaspoons herb magic from COOKandGRILL
Preheat the oven to 180°C for a circulating air.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Then mix in a bowl with a little olive oil and the veggie spice mixture.
Place the marinated vegetables on a baking tray and bake the top third for 15-20 minutes.
For the herb dip:
Mix all ingredients together. Add a little grated zest from an unwaxed lemon to taste.
