In the customer login area you will find a function with "Forgot your password". Click on this button and enter your email. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
As long as your package is not on its way to you by post, anything is usually possible.

If your order is already on its way to you, you still have the option of refusing the package upon arrival at the door. It will then be returned to us directly and you will not incur any extra costs.
However, if a neighbor accepts it or if the package is left at your desired location, our cancellation policy will unfortunately apply.
The right of cancellation applies to every order: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an e-mail in good time.
The return is at your own expense. You can find the cancellation form in our terms and conditions - HERE under the "Cancellation" section. When paying by credit card or prepayment, please enter the last four digits of the credit card or the IBAN.
Print out the form and enclose it with your shipment.
You can pay for our products on our website using the following payment methods:
PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Maestro, credit card, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofortüberweisung, Sepa direct debit, Discover, EPS, Bancontact, iDEAL and Shop Pay (Shopify).
When paying online with a credit card, you must provide the credit card number, the expiry date and the card security number.
With this payment method, a so-called "3D-Secure window" may appear when entering data. This is an additional method of authentication for online credit card transactions and protects you from fraudulent card use! You will be redirected to the page of your card-issuing bank and have to enter your special password (agreed with your bank) or a PIN (possibly even a TAN).
If you don't know how to do this, please contact your bank directly.
After entering this data, the payment process will be carried out and you can complete your order with us.
In this case, the package will be automatically returned to us. If the package cannot be delivered, please check your contact details again and send us the correct data to office@cookandgrill.at and your package will be on its way to you again!
Unfortunately, once the online order has been completed, it is no longer possible. However, if the package has not yet been sent, you are welcome to call us and we will change the delivery address manually.
